DocPixEdit is a small project, and the requirement records are kept up to date by hand. If something is wrong, out of date, or missing, telling us is genuinely useful — corrections from people actually making an application are how the database improves.

Reporting an out-of-date requirement
Requirements change without notice, and a record can be correct on the date we checked it and wrong a month later. If you find a difference between what we publish and what the authority says, send the link to the official page along with the country and document. We will re-read the source, update the record and the verification date, or remove it if we cannot confirm it.
The requirement pages under Countries each show the authority, the source link and the date we last checked it — quoting that date tells us exactly which version you are looking at.
Asking for a country or document
We add records only where an authority publishes the requirement in a form we can cite. A link to that page is the single most helpful thing you can send. Without an official source we will not add a record, however widely a size is repeated elsewhere.
Reporting a problem with the tools
Tell us the device, the browser and version, and what you were doing when it went wrong. If a photo failed to open, its format and rough size helps. Screenshots of the screen are welcome — but crop out anything personal first.
What not to send
Please do not email photographs, signatures, passport or ID numbers, or any other personal document. We do not need them to help, we would rather not receive them, and email is not a safe way to send them. Everything the tools do happens on your device, and support works the same way: describe the problem rather than sending the file.
Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your photos — in short, nothing leaves your device.
What to expect
This is not a staffed support desk, so replies are not instant. Requirement corrections with a source link are handled first, because they affect everyone using that page.
